What is a Video Profile?
A video profile is a short video of yourself discussing your education, career to date, skills and aspirations for your next role. Your video profile will show off your energy, communication skills, and professionalism. We have a script that you can follow or you may try your own.
Why Video?
How much of an impression do you get from seeing someone and hearing them speak? Its how we have evolved - so it makes sense to apply this technology to the job seeking process. It saves everyone time and we hope will give you confidence at the interview. A client gains a unique insight into your soft skills such as confidence, energy, mannerism, and communication skills. An employer that sees your video resume learns more about the real you, and when requested for an interview - you know the employer is genuinely interested in you! They have watched your video profile and like what you have to say. It's a fast and efficient way of finding the right job.
